Welcome
I am an integrative practitioner grounded in coaching, counseling, somatic, and experiential approaches to healing and development. At the core, my work supports clients’ systems as they reorganize toward greater coherence and alignment.
Whether working with youth, adults, or teams, I orient toward the root level, with care for the complex and nuanced contexts in which people live and develop. Across all settings, my work is grounded in relationship and guided by values of gentleness, clarity, and precision.
Ways to work with me
COUNSELING & EQUINE THERAPY
I offer counseling services as part of my Clinical Mental Health Counseling practicum under licensed supervision through Nature of Therapy. My counseling work is relational, integrative, and embodied, supporting regulation, insight, and integration over time. I work both in the office and alongside horses serving children, teens, adults, and families.
EXECUTIVE COACHING & LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
I work with managers, executives, and teams seeking leadership development, capacity building, and support in navigating complexity and change. This work may include individual coaching, team coaching, and experiential leadership development, and is oriented toward growth, effectiveness, and whole-system impact.
COACHING
I offer leadership and therapeutic coaching with my herd through EquusLibere with individuals, families, and teams seeking insight and integration through embodied, relational processes. Equine work boths stands alone and is often integrated with coaching or counseling, depending on context and developmental intentions.
CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY & SOMATIC COACHING
I offer Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and somatic coaching, offered as their own unique modalities as well as integrated into other forms of work depending on goals and needs. Both methods support whole-system health, regulation, and bottom-up development.
About
Since 2016, I have practiced coaching work in both personal and executive coaching settings through Emergence Leadership. Since its inception, my coaching work has been deeply interwoven with horses, and I am grateful to be able to continue to practice and facilitate in this work through EquusLibere alongside my beautiful herd of rescue horses. My passion for working with whole-system, bottom up development led me to the Colorado School of Energy Studies, a renowned school for somatic therapeutic approaches, where I certified in cranial sacral therapy. I am also currently pursuing an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. In my work with clients, I cultivate a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore their hearts, bodies, and minds — and to allow their unique development process to unfold.
