Welcome

I am an integrative practitioner grounded in coaching, counseling, somatic, and experiential approaches to development. At the core, I am a facilitator of change, and my work supports clients’ systems as they reorganize toward greater coherence and alignment.

Whether working with youth, adults, or corporate teams, I orient toward the root level, with care for the complex and nuanced contexts in which people live and develop. Across all settings, my work is grounded in relationship and guided by values of gentleness, clarity, and precision.

Ways to work with me

EXECUTIVE COACHING & TEAM DEVELOPMENT

Through Emergence Leadership Consulting, I work with managers, executives, and teams seeking leadership development, capacity building, and support in navigating complexity and change. This work may include individual coaching, team coaching, and experiential leadership development, and is oriented toward effectiveness, cohesion, and whole-system impact.

EQUINE FACILITATED COACHING & COUNSELING

Through EquusLibere, I offer equine-facilitated coaching and therapy through individual sessions, group retreats, and private intensives alongside my herd of rescue horses. I serve individuals of all ages, families, and corporate teams seeking insight and integration through embodied, relational processes. I work with clients locally in Colorado and at ranch locations around the US.

COUNSELING & CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY

I offer counseling services as part of my Clinical Mental Health Counseling internship under supervision through Nature of Therapy. My counseling work is relational, integrative, and embodied. I work both in the office and alongside horses serving children, teens, adults, and families. I also offer Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) both as a standalone modality and as part of an integrated somatic coaching approach.

About

Since 2016, I have practiced coaching in both personal and executive settings through Emergence Leadership Consulting. With more than a decade of experience, I bring a systems-oriented approach to leadership development and organizational transformation, partnering with leaders and teams across a wide range of sectors—from non-profits to Fortune 100 companies.

The heart of my approach is well articulated by Otto Scharmer, a pioneer in systems thinking, as a commitment to “relink the parts and the whole by making the system see and sense itself.” My individual and group coaching and facilitation work has been deeply interwoven with horses from the beginning, and I am grateful to continue facilitating corporate programs, retreats, and leadership coaching through EquusLibere alongside my beautiful herd of rescue horses.

My passion for whole-system, bottom-up development led me to pursue my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, as well as extensive training in somatic therapeutic approaches, including biodynamic craniosacral therapy. This integrative background allows me to bring a comprehensive, systems-oriented lens to my work with clients—whether they are individuals and families or corporate teams. In my work with clients, I cultivate a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore their hearts, bodies, and minds—and to allow their unique developmental process to unfold.
