Welcome
I am an integrative practitioner grounded in coaching, counseling, somatic, and experiential approaches to development and healing. At the core, my work supports clients’ systems as they reorganize toward greater coherence and alignment.
Whether working with youth, adults, or corporate teams, I orient toward the root level, with care for the complex and nuanced contexts in which people live and develop. Across all settings, my work is grounded in relationship and guided by values of gentleness, clarity, and precision.
Ways to work with me
EXECUTIVE COACHING & TEAM DEVELOPMENT
Through Emergence Leadership Consulting, I work with managers, executives, and teams seeking leadership development, capacity building, and support in navigating complexity and change. This work may include individual coaching, team coaching, and experiential leadership development, and is oriented toward effectiveness, cohesion, and whole-system impact.
EQUINE FACILITATED COACHING & COUNSELING
Through EquusLibere, I offer equine-facilitated coaching and therapy through individual sessions, group retreats, and private intensives alongside my herd of rescue horses. I serve individuals of all ages, families, and corporate teams seeking insight and integration through embodied, relational processes. I work with clients locally in Colorado and at ranch locations around the US.
COUNSELING & CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY
I offer counseling services as part of my Clinical Mental Health Counseling internship under supervision through Nature of Therapy. My counseling work is relational, integrative, and embodied. I work both in the office and alongside horses serving children, teens, adults, and families. I also offer Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) both as a standalone modality and as part of an integrated somatic coaching approach.
About
Since 2016, I have practiced coaching in both personal and executive coaching settings through Emergence Leadership. Since its inception, my coaching work has been deeply interwoven with horses, and I am grateful to continue practicing and facilitating this work through EquusLibere, alongside my beautiful herd of rescue horses.
My passion for whole-system, bottom-up development led me to pursue my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, as well as extensive training in somatic therapeutic approaches, including biodynamic craniosacral therapy.
In my work with clients, I cultivate a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore their hearts, bodies, and minds, and to allow their unique developmental process to unfold.
